Adjustable Head Seals CounterBalanced The spring counterbalanced head pad on these models moves easily to form an effective seal with trucks of various heights.  Seals are equipped with an integral follower curtain, maintaining the seal even when the head pad is in a lowered position.  The follower curtain is attached to the overhead counterbalance assembly and remains taut when the head pad is positioned. CounterWeighted These models consist of three foam pad sections: two vertical side pads and a steel-backed head pad which travels vertically between the side pads on welded steel guide tracks.  The dock attendant can easily adjust the head pad height to conform to the height of incoming trucks.  In high door openings, a follower curtain can be provided as an option to close any gap that forms above the head pad when it has been lowered.
