Mechanical Levelers LM Series Mechanical dock levelers by McGuire can be easily positioned in the trailer by pulling the release chain near the rear of the leveler.  No manual lifting is required.  The lip extends automatically and the leveler can be "walked down" into position.  A multi-spring counterbalance system provides upward bias movement, while the hold down device retains the leveler in the stored position.
